Required Knowledge and Experience

  • At least High School Graduate (SMK) majored in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Accounting
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Leadership, Management, Logical Thinking, Assertive
  • Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales Order Processing system
  • Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
  • Maintain Sales Monthly Report and make sure that sales representative is on track with sales goals
  • Analyze and present sales information of products and sales
  • Process Accounts Receivable paperwork at completion of the check run
  • Maintain and Process Sales related Incentives Report
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office
  • Does any necessary marketing and sales administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
