LOKER HEAD OFFICE/ADMIN (Bali)

Job Overview : 

As an Administration & General Affair Officer, you will be responsible for managing business administrative and asset management.

Responsibilities : 

●      Support operational needs of the organization’s internal in order to support the smooth work of each division such as providing stationery for employees, asset maintenance, and so on related to the organization’s internal needs.

●      Manages Office Petty cash .

●      Assist to Manage, record, and maintain all assets owned by the organization or leased by the organization

●      Managing and supervising the activities of office boys / girls, both in terms of absences, leave, and others

●      Managing office facilities such as places of worship, toilets, meeting rooms, storage rooms, and Etc.

●      Planning the budget for routine office needs that are needed (wifi, monthly electricity bill, etc)

●      Managing stock opname merchandise of the organization

●      Manage procurement for the organization’s internal needs

●      Build up strong relationships with external parties for procurement and GA activities – suppliers /Vendors , service providers, and consultants.

  • Tersedia jam fleksibel
  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
