LEGAL STAFF (LOKER KARAWANG)

Brief Job Description:   

  • Handle legal documentation and administration (filling document, update document control system, prepare purchase request relating to Legal matter and internal legal document administration);
  • Contract administration (support Legal department to provide summary for agreement, drafting the agreement, review the agreement and prepare the agreement fog signing process);
  • Maintain PRF (Purchase Request Form), PO (Purchase Order), and PV (Payment Verification) to assist any legal department transaction with other parties;
  • Deal with vendor related to the notary, courier, translator, and any legal vendor.

General Requirement:   

  • Have minimum diploma degree, any major (preferable Law/Admin background);
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply;
  • Good English both oral and written;
  • Well organized, detail, and tidy;
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).

Specific Requirement:

  • Have experience at least 1 year in Administration is advantage (preferable in Legal Department);
  • Willing to work for temporary basis;
  • Willing to work at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang Barat.
