HR Admin Staff (LOKER TANGERANG)

Requirements:

  • 1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in Management/Psychology or related degree.
  • 2. Have minimum 1 year experience in Human Resource field or Recruitment Consultant. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • 3.Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • 4. Able to do multitasking and detail oriented.
  • 5.Able to work under pressure.
  • 6. Data driven and good at using Microsoft Excel.
  • 7. Willing to be placed at BSD office.

Job responsibilities:

  • 1. Sourcing candidate for recruitment and arrange interview schedule as needed.
  • 2. Prepare new hire requirement and collecting employee personal document.
  • 3. Align to HR team to prepare new contract or extent contract.
  • 4. Handle and supervise employee database through HRIS system (attendance, employment status, payroll and new hire information).
  • 5. Follow up any inquiry to user and adjust it into the system.
