Job Description :

  • Monitoring irreguler situation surrounding client and reporting
  • Monitoring Alarm System installed at our customer and ensuring our customer safe
  • Provides customer service response to customer originated telephone calls requesting assistance and information or the registering of dissatisfaction
  • Handles phone messages and ensures prompt transmission to the relevant person(s) who needs to be informed and keeping appropriate records of all such calls.
  • Coordinates and monitors special Events
  • News monitoring and Ground Situation Alerts.
  • Be willing working in shifting
  • Understand about CCTV
  • Understand about Access Control

Requirement:

  • Minimum Senior High School from any discipline.
  • Familiar with computer (Excel, Word).
  • At least Minimum 1 year working experience in the same position.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in public holiday (counted overtime).
  • Willing to work at North Sumatera Area ( Serdang Bedagai)
